Sealed Quench Furnaces
We offer quality Sealed Quench Furnaces for calculation
of carbon diffusion during the carburizing process. The calculation of
furnace atmosphere is based on the mathematical model of the chamber of the
furnace. These seal quench furnaces are used to eliminate skin
decarburization of the workload surfaces after heat treatment and
heat-chemical treatment processes.
Important features of the sealed quench furnace are as follows :
- Calculation based on mathematical model of the furnace.
- Function of technological diagrams (current profile of concentration
of carbon, expected hardness profile after hardening, current state of
the process on the diagram iron - carbon and iron oxidation).
