Our powder coating plants paint solids and spray products in an atomized powder form. It follows the environment friendly rule for powder coatings on the products. The plant help to adhere the powder to the products owing to the electrostatic forces prevailing during spraying. This process helps the powder to cover the product and is then brought near the oven at the higher temperature where the powder fuses and merges with the products to form a smooth, tough and resilient coating.

Powder coatings can be done automatically by the state-of-the-art machineries or manually. Our powder coating plant is subdivided on the basis of engineered components like ovens for evaporation of moisture and powder curing on the work pieces. For surface preparation we use spray washers and the last but not the least is infrared curing oven for curing of powders and also used for providing a smooth finishing to the work pieces.
