Nickel Plating Tank

Our Nickel Plating Tank provides cost effective solutions for nickel plating. The transformer of the tank is provided with a corrugated-finned tank. The corrugated fins forming, welding and manufacturing line is CNC controlled comprises of decoiler, folding and embossing unit for the front seam. Function of the fins is to increases the area of the industrial plating tank which is contact to air, for faster and efficient plating process.

A fully automatic conveyorised liquid shop equipped with latest technology spray guns. Most suitable for liquid spray painting for all types and sizes of CTV cabinets and any kind of plastic or metallic articles. This line comprises of four separate paint booths for multi colour spray painting and separate baking zones on the conveyor.

All paint booths are equipped with efficient exhaust and recollection of excessive paint for maximum utility and minimum wastages. This line has a capacity of painting 3000 CTV cabinets per day.
